Do you love cooking? Or know someone who does? Why not book in for one of our Cooking Masterclasses!

They're fun, informative and interactive with our award winning Chef/Proprietor Rekha Sonigra. You'll come away with a comprehensive knowledge on spice and how to blend and combine them to make the perfect curry every time.

Every demonstration is celebrated with a meal with your cooking companions after the masterclass.

Saturday 22nd February - Dosa Special - (Beginner Friendly)

Learn how to make a full South Indian meal. Includes how to make and prepare the dosa batter, dosa curry, coconut chutney and sambhar (daal)
 
Saturday 21st March - Advanced - Celebrating Mother's Day  
Learn how to make Samosas, Ravaiya nu Shakh (baby aubergines in a nut masala paste), Gujarati Rotli (chapattis) and Puri
 
Saturday 25th April - Beginner Friendly CANCELLED
Learn how to make Onion Bhajias, Palak Ringhan (spinach and aubergine curry) and Gujarati Rotli
 
Saturday 23rd May - Advanced CANCELLED
Learn how to make Kachori, Chilli Paneer (Sweet and tangy Indian cheese curry), Gujarati Rotli (chapattis) and Puri
 
Saturday 27th June - Beginner Friendly CANCELLED
Learn how to make Onion Bhajias, Mattar Bateta (pea & potato curry and Puri (fluffy bread)
 
Saturday 25th July - South Indian Special - (Beginner Friendly)

Learn how to make our South Indian favourites. Includes how to make and prepare the dosa batter, dosa curry, coconut chutney and sambhar (dhaal)
PLUS Idli (vegan dumplings) and Utthapum (vegan vegetable omelettes).
 
Saturday 17th October - Beginner Friendly
Learn how to make Onion Bhajias, Vegan Mushroom Korma and Gujarati Rotli (chapattis) 
 
Saturday 21st November Diwali Special - (Beginner Friendly)

Learn how to make Maroo Bhajia (indian potato chips), Methi Malai Kofta (our award-winning dish), Lachaa Paratha (layered bread) and Vegetable Pilau Rice.
